A Note From Your Trainer Joe:
As a part of this program, two things should happen: (1) you should progressively get stronger, and (2) you should begin to move faster. You should always consider if you can do more, safely. Doing “more” means adding more weight or moving faster.

Working harder helps to avoid long standing plateaus.

The app allows me to see the weights you use and how long it takes for you to complete a workout – you press START when you begin and END when you finish. You also rate the workout based on your perceived energy exertion. Together these things allow me to customize workouts and give personalized tips to help you reach your goals quicker.
