⚠️ WARNING! ⚠️

We want to keep you safe!

Before beginning any Pro-FIT Training program or using any of our recommended nutrition plans or equipment, please consult with your physician to ensure you're physically and medically ready to participate. Assess your fitness level, follow all safety guidelines, and listen to your body at all times.

Pro-FIT Training programs are physically demanding, and pushing limits is part of growth—but safety is key. Use common sense, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed. If you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of breath, stop immediately and consult your physician. Incorrect or excessive training can lead to serious injury or worse.

Please be cautious when exercising outdoors. Be aware of your surroundings, especially in public areas. Safety always comes first.

If you have specific health concerns—such as pregnancy, diabetes, asthma, or a history of joint, muscle, or spinal issues—consult your physician before starting. Engaging in any exercise program or nutrition plan means that you accept all risks involved.

Safe Use of Equipment

Fitness equipment is a great tool but can pose hazards if used improperly. Whether you're using dumbbells, resistance bands, benches, or any other equipment, make sure to:

  • Inspect all equipment for wear or damage before each use.

  • Follow all instructions and use proper form.

  • Ensure a clear workout space free of obstacles, children, or pets.

  • Use secure, stable anchors for any equipment that requires hanging or attaching.

  • Maintain a firm, dry grip on all equipment to avoid losing control.

Your Responsibility

Your fitness journey is ultimately your responsibility—the work, the safety, the victories. By engaging in Pro-FIT Training, you accept all risks, dangers, and responsibilities. Train smart, be aware, and always put safety first.
